Welcome to our newest Super Bows conductor, Emily Lanzone! Throughout this process she shared her great vision for Super Bows with a wonderful presence we are sure parents and students will admire.

Emily Lanzone’s credentials include a Bachelor’s of Music in violin performance from the University of Oregon, Master’s of Music from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Professional Studies Diploma from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Emily is Associate Concertmaster of the San Luis Obispo Symphony, as well as a frequent guest in many California orchestras. Emily is on the music faculty at Cuesta College, Cal Poly University, works with  students of the San Luis Obispo Youth Symphony while maintaining a private studio of violin and viola students, and was a former teacher for Strings in the Schools, a music education program for the San Luis Obispo Symphony. A native of Portland, Oregon, she now lives in Morro Bay with her husband Brian, son Kieran and daughter Keely.
