How do I get to the concert?

How much is parking?

Parking is FREE for this concert!

What time should I arrive?

Gates open at 2:00 pm, and the concert begins at 4:00 pm. Table and chair seating is reserved, but picnic seating is general admission and early arrivals will get the best spots.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You may bring food, and your own reusable water bottles. Please do not bring single-use plastic water bottles; free water will be provided. No outside alcohol or drink is permitted at the resort. Alcoholic drinks and beverages will be available for purchase.

Are lawn chairs and sun umbrellas permitted?

This year, the Symphony is offering chair seating as an option for those who would prefer not to sit on blankets on the lawn. Those with picnic seating/general admission tickets will not be permitted to bring elevated seats, such as camp chairs, which may block the views of the stage for other concert-goers. Low-profile stadium chairs are welcome. Personal sun umbrellas or parasols may be used for shade up until the concert begins, at which point you may be asked to lower them so that those behind you can see the performance.

How do I pick my table?

Table seating is extremely limited. Simply purchase the number of seats you need, and we will place you at the best available table. Each table seats eight – purchase as many seats as you need, or buy a full table for a discount. To ensure that everyone in your group sits together, please purchase all of your tickets at once.

SLO Symphony will assign you to a table based on the size of your party, and will notify you of your table assignment when you arrive.

If I buy a table or chair seat, are my kids' tickets still free?

No. Kids under 12 get in free with a paid adult for picnic seating/general admission only. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times – if you purchase chair or table seating for yourself, you must also purchase chair or table seating for your kids.

Can I buy a VIP pass?

Access to the VIP area is only for event sponsors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please call the Symphony office at 805-543-3533 for more information.

Are dogs allowed?

No pets are allowed at the venue. Service animals are permitted.
